Most parking lots can be striped in one day. Parking lots requiring extensive repairs or large parking lots such as malls and sporting arenas may take several days, but rest asured that we will work with you to plan for efficient traffic flow during the process.
All vehicles will need to be clear of the area being painted. Additionally, please remove any large debris such as trash, rocks, large amounts of sand, etc. prior to our arrival, however, these services are available for an additional cost. Depending on your parking lot, additional cleanup and/or preparation may be required. We offer pressure washing services, in preparation for line striping and/or seal coating. Most parking lots need striping every two to four years. Variables like weather conditions, traffic and quality of application can affect the lifespan. City 2 City applies the correct thickness of traffic paint, using digital measuring equipment, to ensure the money you invest in line striping last as long as possible.
In general, no. We make sure to work with all our customers to find the best time to paint their parking lot. In most cases, we will paint your lot after hours or when there is minimal traffic to limit the impact on your customers and your business.
Yes, absolutely! City 2 City Services offers both crack filling and seal coating services for our clients.
Seal coating protects the surface from oil and gas, slows deterioration, limits water intrusion below the asphalt surface, and therefore extends the overall life of the pavement.
Yes, we offer pressure washing services for parking lots, in preparation for seal coating and/or line striping services. We do not pressure wash buildings or homes.
